Before you make a booking select an education programme:
All programmes are subject to availability. Please note that we are unable to accept bookings with less than two weeks notice.
Make a booking
All schools visiting Te Papa must be booked. This will ensure that the exhibitions and education programmes you choose will be available.
If you need to phone us to book, please provide the following information:
- education programme title
- or, areas at Te Papa that you want to view, if visiting self-guided
- preferred dates (please have at least three alternatives)
- preferred visit time
- student numbers
- student's year level/s
- your contact details, including school name, phone number, and email address
- any special needs or requirements your students may have
- whether you would like the programme delivered in English or te reo Māori
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel your booking, please do so as early as possible. Bookings cancelled with less than two weeks notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Failure to arrive on the day for a booked programme will incur the full cost. Cancellations must be made in writing.
