Accessing the video conferencing network

Our video conferences use both the Ministry of Education’s bridge (ASNET) and the KAREN bridge. If you don’t have video conferencing facilities at your school, we encourage you to visit a nearby school or special education unit to make use of theirs.

Booking a testing time

Once your video conference has been booked, we will confirm it and arrange a testing time with you. Tests allow us to check that Te Papa can share content with your unit.

Testing times are available on:

  • Mondays, 8am–9am
  • Fridays, 3pm–5pm
