Arts Access Aotearoa's Arts for All event is an accessibility action plan workshop - a very hands on, exercise-based session where practical strategies will be work-shopped to achieve arts organisation-specific (including producers, galleries, theatres, museums, venues etc) accessibility policies and plans.
Speakers from three different arts organisations will talk about accessibility policy, processes, initiatives, action plans and stakeholder buy-in, followed by a brain-storming session where participants will begin to shape their accessibility actions plans and draft accessibility policies. The workshop will be followed by a Touch Tour of the Dunedin Public Art Gallery led by Lynda Cullen, Visitor Programmes Co-ordinator.
