Join artist Niki Hastings-McFall in creating a large rosary-bead art installation called ‘Rosalio’, or make your own brooch. This exciting workshop is for people of all ages and is part of the Ngā Toi | Arts Te Papa opening weekend

Niki Hastings-McFall

Niki Hastings-McFall is a prominent artist in the contemporary Pacific art scene, who expresses her unique identity by combining influences from her urban upbringing and Samoan heritage. Her work Too much sushi lei features in Ngā Toi | Arts Te Papa.

Hastings-McFall has exhibited both nationally and internationally. From Bottled ocean (1994) to Home AKL (2012), she continues to produce works of note. Currently, she is the first artist selected for the Friends of Pātaka 2013 Artist Residency at Pātaka Art and Museum in Porirua.
