Sandra Kahu Nepia (Ngāti Pamoana – Atihaunui-a-paparangi, Ngāti Hinemihi – Tuwharetoa), previous member of Te Rūnunga o Tūpoho; Ngā Tangata Tiaki o Whanganui Trustee – Advisory and Audit and Risk and current member of Te Puna Hāpori; Pou Herenga/Heritage, is Community Services Manager at the Whanganui District Library and works in iwi developments within the Whanganui District Council. She is Kaikirimana for the tohu Puna Maumahara with Te Wānanga o Raukawa.
