Explore the emotional and physical toll of the Gallipoli campaign through the eyes of real people who were there:
Eight ordinary New Zealanders struggling through extraordinary circumstances.
Guided by our educators, your students will:
Identify the motivations and reactions of people who were at Gallipoli, including ANZAC soldiers, a medical officer, and a nurse
Hear readings from authentic diary entries
Examine photos and personal letters from the front line that were sent home, and examine personal belongings.
