Special screening: The Chodgefollowed by Q&A by ADNZ, Director: Graeme Murray, 2024, Duration: 55 mins

Darryl Church, founder of DCA Architects of Transformation, leads the narrative on the designing and building of a unique award-winning home on the picturesque banks of Lake Whakamaru. The film captures the essence of the location and landscape in a raw, honest, and often humorous, portrait.

A one-of-a-kind vision 15 years in the making creates a meeting point and sanctuary for a family to gather.

The screening will be followed by a question and answer session with ADNZ.

The Chodge is part of the Wellington Resene Architecture & Design Film Festival.
