Join us for a free whānauday of activities inspired by the exhibition Breathe | Mauri Ora. We invite you to explore and celebrate our deep connections through creative exploration.

Across Te Papa, you’ll find a trail designed for tamarikiand curious minds of all ages – inspired by Breathe | Mauri Ora: An Immersive Journey into Nature by Marshmallow Laser Feast. 

Through hands-on activities, the sounds of taonga puoro, art-making, and close looking, your whānauis invited to explore the dazzling scale of our universe, from the cosmic to the cellular.

This day aligns with International Slow Art Day, encouraging us to take our time, follow our curiosity, and notice new details.

This free event is outside of the exhibition Breathe | Mauri Ora.

The exhibition is open 10am– 6pm daily. Tickets can be purchased separately.
