Gordon Walters: New Vision provides an in-depth look into the development of Walters’ work, and reveals the different art forms which fuelled his vision and inspired the creation of a singular visual language.
Discover Walters’ earliest black and white koru works from the 1960s, his first foray into abstraction in the 1940s, and never-before-seen paintings, studies and notebooks.
Developed and toured in partnership by the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki and the Dunedin Public Art Gallery.
