Designed for groups of 12–180 guests, this package combines flexible meeting spaces, full-day catering, and essential audio-visual support – all in one easy-to-manage solution.
Bright, versatile rooms provide the perfect environment for productivity and collaboration. Morning and afternoon teas, plus lunch, keep your team fuelled throughout the day, while Te Papa Venues manages catering and AV so you can focus on running a successful event.
Package inclusions
Full-day venue hire for one space (8:00am–6:00pm)
Full-day catering based on our daily menu
Basic audio-visual in the main standard meeting room, including:
Fixed data projector and screen
Standard sound system
Lectern and microphone
Additional AV equipment and technician available at extra cost.

Catering and AV must be provided by Te Papa Venues
Te Papa Venues reserves the right to propose an alternative space if forecasted attendance changes 20 days prior to the event
Available Monday – Sunday (8:00am–6:00pm) for groups over 20
Morning and afternoon tea served at flexible times; lunch served between 12:00–2:00pm
