We offer two all-inclusive wedding packages designed to make your day smooth, memorable, and stress-free. Both packages include venue hire, wait staff, beverages, and a three-course meal — with no hidden costs, so you can focus on what matters most.

Classic wedding package

Package inclusions:

• Choice of venue within Te Papa

• One drink per guest on arrival

• Four bottles of wine per table of 10 guests

• Three-course set menu

• Service staff

• Staffing and setup for your ceremony and/or reception layout

• Venue clean-up.

Deluxe wedding package

Enjoy all the features of the Classic Package, plus:

• One hour of canapés on arrival

• Alternate mains served to guests, with two dishes presented in rotation based on your selections made prior to the event.

Package inclusions

• Dedicated event planner

• Free parking for up to four cars

• White-dressed bridal table

• 5m x 5m dance floor

• Microphone and PA system

• White-skirted cake table with silver cake knife

• Full-length white oval tablecloths and linen napkins

• Crockery, cutlery, and glassware

• Photo backdrops provided (please note some areas of the museum cannot be photographed due to cultural or copyright reasons)

Terms and conditions

• No BYO beverages allowed

• Catering is provided exclusively by Te Papa

• Arrival drinks and wine on the table must be selected from our house options

• Pricing for these packages is based on a minimum of 70 guests and includes GST.
