Te Papa venue: Soundings Theatre
Ideal for conferences, performances, and seminars, Soundings Theatre is a full-sized venue that seats 328 and comes equipped with advanced audio-visual technology.
The deep-sprung stage, complete with a full lighting rig, has hosted everything from the Royal New Zealand Ballet to citizenship ceremonies. A museum-size lift allows for striking displays, from cars to circus acts, while guests enjoy plenty of legroom and comfort.
After 6pm, an additional cocktail foyer is available, accommodating up to 200 people.
